~BMI CALCULATION~
Assalamualaikum today I would like to share my teams' BMI after 4 weeks of practicing a healthy lifestyle. We realize a lot about having a healthy lifestyle can turn a better life when we feel healthier, more energy and the best part is we stay fit in normal weight! However, there is one from our member who is still underweight but still, we can see a lot of improvement. So, let's take a look at our BMI calculation and our weight transformation.
This is Amisya's BMI. As we can see before this, Amisya is underweight but after she eats healthy and exercises regularly she is in normal weight. Therefore, this is a good improvement for her!
After that, this is Rosaliza's BMI. Rosaliza managed to maintain her normal BMI which is a healthy weight.
This is Nabilah's BMI. As we can see, she also managed to maintain her normal BMI but there is a little bit of improvement.
Next is Damia's BMI. Before this, Damia is underweight but then she managed to make her BMI turn to normal which is it was a good improvement!
So our last member is Mieza's BMI. Although she still underweight, we can see there is an improvement in her BMI.
~WEIGHT TRANSFORMATION~
This is Rosa's transformation weight which is she loses her weight from 64.35kg to 59kg after she eats healthy food and does exercise regularly.
This is Amisya's transformation weight that not too much different but it has turned her underweight BMI to a healthy weight from 51.40kg to 53kg.
Next is Nabilah's transformation weight. There are not many differences but she managed to stay maintain her healthy weight which is 48.6kg to 49.8kg.
This is Damia's transformation weight. As we can see there is a lot of difference where she was underweight before this and now she succeeded in getting a healthy weight and normal BMI from 44.90kg to 49.75kg. Such a best improvement!
Last but not least, this is Mieza's transformation weight. There is a lot of improvement in her weight but she still underweight. However, she did very well!
I believe my team and I did very well in practicing a healthy lifestyle. I hope we can keep on doing a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food, always do exercise and workout, and stay fit because we can slowly realize that a healthy lifestyle provides a lot of benefits and what the important things that we should always remember are our health is the biggest wealth.
