Hi, Assalamualaikum today I want to update about our meal planner for week 1. Me and my team really need to achieve our ideal weight in order to get a normal BMI. Most of us are trying our best to keep eating healthy food throughout this assignment. Therefore the picture below is our weekly meal planner for week 1.
