1) Name and briefly describe the team.
- Our group consists of 5 members. The majority of our group is mostly underweight which is 3 members, while the other 2 members are normal weight. So, this is a challenge where we need to increase our weight to achieve a normal and healthy weight. Therefore, we have planned and decided on various ways to gain weight properly and not forgetting to do effective exercise so that our body is always fit.

3) What are the goals / objectives of your team for fitness?
- The goal of our team is to gain weight in order to achieve an ideal and healthy weight. Although we need to eat in large quantities, the food we eat should also be healthy. In addition, we also want to always be in a healthy and energetic state so that our body is always fit. And finally, we want to continue to maintain a healthy weight at all times and be able to avoid chronic diseases.
4) How does the team plan to reach the goals / objectives for fitness?
- Eat meals with fibrous carbohydrates and healthy fats.
- Ask for help where needed. For example, health and professionals can provide useful motivation and advice for developing diet and exercise plans.
- For exercise, we just need to download the exercise application available on the phone. This can record all the exercises that have been done.
- The most important thing is to get quality sleep. Because when we get enough sleep it helps our mind and body to stay healthy.
