WEEK 3 MEAL PLANNER

 Assalamualaikum and hello today I would like to update our weekly meal planner for week 3 in this blog. This week, me and my team who are underweight managed to gain our weight by 1kg and more. This is because we have eaten according to the weekly meal planner that we have planned since the first week. The picture below is the weekly meal planner that we have planned. We will also attach some pictures of the food that we ate in the third week.
