WRITING PROMPT #2
1)What goals/objective did your team had achieved
successfully for fitness?
- Our goal which is to achieve an ideal and healthy weight is going well. Two of our group members who have normal BMI which is Rossa and Nabilah manage to maintain their weight. Three of us who have underweight BMI, Isya, Mieza, and Mia also succeed in gaining weight though one of us is still underweight.
2) Did your team face any challenges/problems or
obstacles during fitness? Why?
- Of course, we do face little obstacles during this fitness. The first obstacle is some of our group members have a high metabolism, so it's a little difficult for them to gain weight. Next is the weather. As it is the end of the year, the monsoon season has begun, so sometimes there will be a day that we can't do our outdoor exercises as it will be raining.
3)How did your team manage to solve the
challenges/problems/obstacles during fitness?
- For the high metabolism members, they were recommended to consume a lot of protein and dairy products such as egg, meat, whole milk, whole grain, and more but in a healthy and balanced way as you can see in our weekly meal planner. As for the exercise, we have to change it a bit, so we do a different exercise at home such as using an indoor bike and treadmill, rope skipping, and more.
